Pakora Batter

1 cup Gram flour – sifted

2 tsp Ghee (or butter)

1 tbsp Lemon Juice

1/4 tsp Red Chilli  – chopped

1/2 tsp Tumeric

1 tsp Garam Masala

1 tbsp Whole coriander seeds – crushed by hand

1 tsp salt

9 tables Cold water

 

Blend well together
