8oz Flour
12 1/2 oz Caster Sugar
3 oz Cocoa
1 1/2 tsp Baking powder
1 1/2 tsp Bicarbonate
2 Eggs
9 fl oz / 250ml Milk
4 1/2 fl oz / 125ml Oil
2 tsp Vanilla essence
Beat all ingredients together
9 fl oz / 250ml Boiling water
Slowly stir into the cake mixture
Pout into two 20cm greased and lined cake tins and cook for 25-35 minutes at 180 C
