Cake
3oz Self raising flour
2 tbsp Cocoa powder
pinch Salt
4oz Butter
4oz Caster sugar
2 Eggs
1/2 tsp Vanilla essence
1-2 tbsp Milk (to mix)
1 tbsp Chopped walnuts (optional)
Blend to a cake batter and put in a 2-2 1/2 pint oven proof bowl.
Sauce
4oz Soft brown sugar
2 tbsp Cocoa powder
1/2 pint Hot water
Mix together and pour over the cake mixture.
Bake for 40mins at 180 C (or 10 minutes in the microwave)
