Tiramisu

400ml Double cream

250g Mascarpone

75ml Marsala /  Brandy / Rum

5 tbsp Golden Caster Sugar

Whisk them all together

300ml strong coffee (2tblsp granules)

175g sponge fingers

Soak the fingers in the coffee and layer with the cream mixture

Grate dark chocolate on the top or sprinkle with cocoa powder
