Ingredients
1 tblsp groundnut / vegetable oil
I onion (chopped)
5 cloves of garlic
2cm ginger
1-2 chilli
2 carrots (chopped)
2 tblsp plain flour
1 tblsp curry powder (we use shop bought mild curry powder)
600ml chicken stock
2 tsp honey
1 tablsp soy sauce
1 bay leaf
1/2 tsp Chinese 5 spice
Method
Fry off the onion
Add the garlic, chilli and ginger
Add carrot and cook until onion and carrot are soft
Spinkle over the flour and curry powder
Add the stock and remaining ingredients
Cook for 30-40 mins
Blend
